What time is the work start?


The regular working hours are from 8:10 AM to 5:10 PM. However, by using the flexible working hours system, you can adjust your commute time by up to 2 hours. 👨‍👨‍👦

Can I take vacation freely?


There is no specific reason required for taking vacation.

Is remote work allowed?


Except for positions where remote work is not feasible due to the nature of the work(eg. Production), it is allowed freely with department head approval. 🏠

When and how is the salary determined?


For successful interviewees, a separate negotiation stage for compensation is conducted. During this stage, the treatment, including the expected start date, salary level, position, and responsibilities, is determined through negotiations. 💰

Is lunch provided?


It depends on the workplace. The Pyeongtaek headquarters has a cafeteria that provides meals directly, while other workplaces use a meal ticket app or provide a meal allowance. 🍽

Is there overtime pay?

We aim to complete all tasks within regular working hours as much as possible. However, for certain positions (such as production roles), overtime pay is provided. 🖥
